For decreasing pain and improving posture, a Deep Tissue massage will target deeper layers of the body that can be achieved with a variety of pressure.
Deep Tissue massages are typically more targeted and a little slower

This is for those who have a current injury that they want addressed with a goal of recovery and rehabilitation.
This massage has the paperwork needed for insurance coverage, though I would recommend reaching out to me first to make sure the massage get covered
