A massage in 3 steps

1: Choose an Approach
I have some standard massages you might expect down below, but I have also been trained in many other approaches that might not fall directly in to one of those categories. If the massage you want isn't there just reach out by scheduling a consultation bellow or the contact page of this website and we can see if I can help

2: Schedule Your Massage
Choose a date and time and place for your massage through the scheduling application. Keep in mind that we will need an open space to work in and table massages need to take place indoors

3: Fill Out Your Intake
After scheduling a massage there will be an intake form that I ask you to fill out. This will not only get a lot of the questions out of the way that I normally would have to bring to our first session, but will also let me know about your medical history so we can easier find the massage that's right for you

Massages $95 per hour+

Relaxation

Focused on decreasing stress and increasing circulation, a Relaxation massage is more targeting the energy level of the body.
This approach to massage targets muscles closer to the skin to better move blood and give the body time to settle into the table

Deep tissue

For decreasing pain and improving posture, a Deep Tissue massage will target deeper layers of the body that can be achieved with a variety of pressure.
Deep Tissue massages are typically more targeted and much slower

Medical

This is for those who have a current injury that they want addressed with a goal of recovery and rehabilitation.
This massage has the paperwork needed for insurance coverage, though I would recommend reaching out to me first to make sure the massage get covered by your insurance

Support your week with a discounted massage. This gives you the choice of any style of massage but with a discounted mobile fee

Geriatric Massage

$95/hour+
20 mobile fee

For those who are over 70 years of age.
This discount is only available for table sessions and there are 45min sessions available

Prenatal Massage

$95/hour+
$15 Mobile fee

For those who are confirmed pregnant or who have birthed a child within a month
This discount is for both Table and Thai sessions and there are 45min sessions available

   After graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts I have decided to aim towards making a therapeutic massages available to those who would otherwise have a hard time finding one. By meeting clients where it is convenient, I strive to support those who might have had difficulty finding a path to recovery.
